For 2010 we are again adding the $10 BHSNA (Association) charged fundraising levy to our fees. This will ensure we collect it from everyone and take the onus off the team managers for collecting it and passing it onto a committee member during the season.
Our fees for 2010 are:
Juniors $170 + $10 BHSNA fundraising levy = $180
Seniors $180 + $10 BHSNA fundraising levy = $190 (NB. Seniors turn 18 or over during the season)
To register you are required to complete both the BHSNA and Gazelles registration forms. You can download and print these forms by clicking on the links below.
Payment can be made by cash, direct deposit or cheque. Cheques should be made out to Gazelles Netball Club.
Later registrations will only be accepted where needed to fill teams.
For new players to our club we will also require a copy of the player's birth certificate (unless playing in a senior team) and a colour passport size/quality photo (school photos are fine but cropped photos will not be accepted by the association).

Penalties for deregistering are as follows:

A non-refundable administration fee of $10;

Players deregistering after the teams are announced but before the teams are lodged with BHSNA, an additional $40, totalling $50;

Players deregistering after the teams have been lodged with BHSNA, a additional $80, totalling $90 and the player cannot register with any other BHSNA club for that season.
